Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Please note: We do NOT accept returns due to change of mind.

Eligibility for Return

Your item is eligible for return if it meets ONE of the following conditions:

Manufacturing defect – e.g., screen failure, battery issue, malfunctioning ports

Shipping damage – the item was damaged during transit

Wrong item received – different model, color, or specification from what you ordered

Additional requirements:

The item must be returned with all original accessories (charger, cable, box, manuals) and original packaging

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

For phones & 3C products:
If the device has been activated or powered on, it is still eligible for return provided the issue is a confirmed defect. We may inspect the device to verify the defect. Return requests for non‑defective, activated devices will be declined.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues – Inspect Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you discover a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Non‑returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Items without a confirmed defect, damage, or shipping error (including change of mind)

Devices damaged by misuse, drops, liquids, or unauthorized repair

Customized products (e.g., engravings, special firmware)

Opened screen protectors, software, or consumable parts

Sale items and gift cards

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it with an identical unit (subject to stock availability).
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item; after approval, we will ship the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
